With more than 15 years of experience in residential design and construction, Nikola brings a rare balance of creative vision and technical leadership to every project. As Creative Director, Nikola leads the design strategy across all projects, guiding each home from initial concept through final execution. His expertise spans space planning, architectural detailing, material selection, and construction coordination—ensuring that every design is not only visually elevated, but also functional, buildable, and enduring.
